Coaching and Training

Coaching and mentoring

I am an accredited Relational Dynamics coach, training as  part of the Cultural Leadership Programme with Performance Coach Training. I am also a member of the Earlyarts coaching scheme.

I work in the cultural and creative sectors in the UK with a range of clients to support transformation on a personal, professional and organisational basis.  As a coach I work with you to create an open and supportive space where you can focus on achieving your personal and professional goals. Through this creative, warm and challenging process, you will be able to

 -       Review and develop your sense of what really matters

-       Explore new approaches and create a sense of momentum to try them out

-       Get to know and cherish your strengths and explore how to use and develop them

-       Get out of a rut and feel refreshed

I am currently taking on new coaching clients and offer the initial consultation on ‘no obligation’ basis. The session is chargeable only if you choose to continue for a series. I am based in the West Midlands and can offer one-to-one coaching in person and via telephone or Skype. If you are a Gold or Silver Earlyarts member your first coaching session is free. Contact me now on Caroline [at] carolinegriffin.com.

I am also an experienced mentor, being trained through the AMA’s mentoring scheme in 1999. I often include mentoring within audience development and training programmes, where appropriate. If you are interested in working with me as a coach or mentor please don’t hesitate to email me on Caroline [at] carolinegriffin.com.

Training

I am an experienced trainer and am able to deliver open access courses, courses to small groups or to individuals. I have training courses in arts marketing, strategic marketing planning and advanced strategic planning, that can delivered off the shelf or bespoke.

Upcoming training

The Building Blocks of Marketing Planning on 24th May in Belfast for audiences Northern Ireland. This course will take you through the building blocks of a marketing plan. During the session you will have the chance to look at your own organisation, giving you a starting point when developing your own plan back in the office.

An effective marketing plan will always set clear objectives that will enable you to achieve your longer-term strategic goals and  should always have measurable and specific objectives that will help you to target a particular customer/audience segment for example aiming to increase older audiences by 10%.

By creating a marketing plan you will help focus your priorities and commit to achieving them by setting deadlines and adhering to marketing budgets.
